Do you accept Payment by check or credit card?
Medicare or Medicaid services are government funded programs to assist you and depend on your personal situation. There are rules and restrictions based on your status, and restrictions and limitations to the amount of funding based on the services offered.
Many Insurance plans do cover in-home care services. We will check with your insurance company and let you know of your coverage prior to beginning your service.
We do accept personal checks and major credit cards for your convenience in payment.
-
What different services do you offer?

categorize our services into Personal Care non-medical services, Companionship services and
Housekeeping services. All these will be discussed during your free in-home assessment of your
needs.
-

Yes, we can provide you care for the duration of your need, short term or longer. No duration-of-service contract is required
and we are here to provide you the care you need for as long as you need it.
-
Can you provide care for a client in a hospital, nursing home, or assisted living?

-
How often do I get billed for my caregiver services?
Billing is done on a weekly basis for services provided.
-
What does my fee cover and are there any additional cost to me?

if you ask your caregiver to run errands for you or take you to an appointment in their vehicle.
-
Do you accept check or credit card payment?
Yes we accept personal checks and all major credit cards.

-
What is the benefit of hiring a Zoe Health Care caregiver versus a private caregiver?
We would recommend you be aware of the requirements of hiring a private caregiver and being the employer of the individual. As
the employer of the caregiver, you are responsible for the state and federal payroll taxes. As the employer you must provide
Workers Compensation insurance, so if the caregiver were to be injured on the job you would not be responsible for injury or
disability claims filed against you.
-
As the employer will you hire a caregiver bonded against theft?
Yes, all of our caregivers are bonded against theft.
-
How long will it take to get a caregiver?
We will begin to secure a caregiver for you immediately after you are set up as a client. We may have a caregiver available to
begin service immediately for you, or it may take a few days to select the caregiver that matches your particular needs,
requirements and preferences. Be assured that we will be working diligently to provide you the caregiver and service you desire quickly and efficiently following your request.
-
Can I interview the caregiver you select for me?
We will develop your profile on requirements for service and the type of caregiver you want and need. Based on this assessment
we will provide you a caregiver that matches your particular profile. As a client you can help select the caregiver that is
right for you. The selection process is discussed during our in-home assessment visit with you.
Our caregivers are hired following a careful review, including criminal background and reference check, and are insured and
bonded. If you wish to change caregivers at any time, we will be happy to provide other personnel at your request until you are completely satisfied.
-
What happens if my caregiver is sick?
If your scheduled caregiver is ill, they will notify our office staff who will immediately work to provide you a backup
caregiver for the day or duration of the illness.
