Start here to begin local service care for your loved ones. There are three easy steps to becoming a client.

Step 1
Call the office at (919) 765-0023 to answer your questions, schedule a free in-home assessment or access our online service request form.

Step 2
FREE in-home assessments include sending a registered nurse supervisor from Zoe Health Care System to your home. We will answer your questions and design a home care plan unique to your needs. Zoe Health Care requires NO contracts, long-term obligations or hidden fees.

Step 3
A Zoe caregiver will be assigned based on your needs and will begin at your requested date and time. We look forward to serving you!.
